LISEGA is a specialist for pipe supports for major plant engineering and construction.

LISEGA application areas are chemical and petrochemical installations, all types of thermal power plants, incineration plants, sugar-factories, biogas-installations and similar facilities - wherever liquids or gaseous, primarily at high temperatures, are to be transported by pipes.

The LISEGA product range consists of a software-supported modular system in which over 10,000 standardized components are arranged systematically for the whole field of pipe support technology. The special LISEGA software, the design of the components and the benefits of the modular system ensure significant cost-savings for the users. The quality and application value of the products is widely recognized as being superior.

Manufacturing Processes:

The highest degree of efficiency is achieved through methodical series production of the standardized components. The working areas and equipment are correspondingly laid out to cater for effective methods of fabrication.

For this purpose, the most modern CNC-controlled machines from the machining center to the robot are in operation, as well as special equipment and tooling. Systematic fabrication control provides for efficient straightforward flow of material, as does a process-orientated arrangement of plant equipment. Constant rationalization in procedures and methods ensures continuous improvements.

For the efficient execution of individual orders, e.g. for special designs and steelwork, a large part of the plant facilities and work stations is arranged to be multi-functional and flexible.

The plants at our individual branches show equal fundamental structures, but specialize in particular manufacturing technology. Together, they form a rational combine in which they complement each other through exchange of components. The advantages of specialization are exploited in this way, and inefficient duplication of sourcing is avoided.
