Today our chief products include solid unfinished hardwood flooring, hardwood lumber, and wood fuel and grilling pellets under our Greenway Pellet Brand. Hassell & Hughes also owns and manages approximately 20,000 acres of timberland in the south east region. In 1946 our company lands were designated the very first Tree Farm in Tennessee by the American Tree Farm System. Over the years our company has played a prominent role in promoting responsible, sustainable forest management practices locally, state wide, and nationally. Hassell & Hughes started as (in 1929) and remains a family owned business in the small rural middle Tennessee town of Collinwood.
